They were all very polite and nice starting from the first time and stepped on the property to the time I left and every moment in between. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. The speed during check in especially since we arrived tired and dusty,the food was fresh and flavorful,they assisted as with extra travel tissue since my sons had a cold,thorough orientation of hotel and facilities:),the staff were really attentive

Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The restaurant and bar are both comfortable and I enjoyed the food there. I also liked being greeted with a hot towel and juice when I checked in.

The cleanliness of the room and all working facilities in the room. Except the mini fridge which does not cool drinks as required. The view from the rooms on the upper floors is breath taking.

Very good value for the price. The hotel and rooms are super-clean, and the staff were all very friendly and constantly checked to see that I was doing ok. The breakfast selection is good and all meals I had were delicious and well presented. The room was a good size, very comfortable king size bed, well designed bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Pauline (F&B), Edwin (conference booking), Alfred, Fidel, George and front office team - thank you. All really wonderful people!

Loved our stay here. All the staff was genuinely friendly and were all interested in our comfort and satisfaction, whether the guard at the gate or the manager. The included breakfast was great, both when we ordered ala carte, or the buffet. Restaurant meals were good as well. The room was clean and modern. WiFi was good. Staff attended immediately to any need/issue we had. Enjoyed the view from our balcony.
